A new revolutionary AI coaching feature has come to Amazfit watches. The company has integrated AI coaching technology into the Zepp Coach app. A new feature, for now, is available for Aamzfit Falcon & Amazfit T-Rex Ultra smartwatches. It might be expanded to other watches, possibly Amazfit GTR 3 Pro, GTR 4 & GTS 4 lineup.
With the new addition, users will get the help of artificial intelligence to train them or recover from injuries. It offers tailored training guidance for each user based on their physical strength or history. It is what Samsung, Fitbit, Apple, or Garmin are not offering to their users. After the ChatGPT integration, it is another essential feature for users.
To recommend any workout, the AI coaching will first learn about specific users, and later it will recommend it. For example, if users have had any issues in the past, then it will not recommend hard or HIIT workouts. Further, it will also use your personal details in the Zepp app to distinguish exercises like age, gender, or weight. The feature is now beta testing and you can participate into it from link below.
