The two major Galaxy F series smartphones, Galaxy F22 & Galaxy F23 are now receiving Samsung’s latest One UI 5.1 version. These phones waited for a longer time to get the software and it is worth waiting. The new version E236BXXU2CWC1 has been released for Galaxy F23, and the F22 model gets the E225BXXU5DWB8 version.
It has been applied with the February security patch that squashes dozens of known vulnerabilities. The update offers extract text from an image, GIF remastering, information display, improved editing tools, family album sharing, custom location for screenshots, and an effect button for the camera app for easy access.
In a widget, it introduces a battery widget, smart suggestion widget, and dynamic weather widget. Bixby text calls in English, multi-tasking, split-screen, and some other notable features have been added. The update for Galaxy F22 & F23 is released in India & Bangladesh for now. Go to Settings – Software Update to look for a new piece of code.
