Amazon Music Launched for Wear OS Watches

In the last few months, one by one all the popular music streaming services are launching for Wear OS watches. The Wear OS has Spotify, YouTube Music, Pandora, SoundCloud, Shazam, and NavMusic. The new name in the list is Amazon Music, one of the popular music streaming services that have come to your wrist with the Wear OS platform. In 2019, the app was officially launched for the Garmin watch, and after too much waiting, it comes to another smartwatch lineup.

Last week, it was teased in the Play Store for smartwatches, and now users can download it. We have successfully installed it on Galaxy Watch 4 unit and registered our watch device. The app supports both Wear OS 3 as well as older models.

With the app, you can access your favorite tracks, artists, or albums from the wrist. It also recommends you top music and songs from your library. It is also easy to search for your favorite track for trending songs.

To use the app on your Wear OS smartwatch, first, you have to register your device with Amazon. For that, copy the code which it displays on the watch screen, and paste it into the Amazon.com/code web address. After successful registration, you can play any song.

I have used Amazon Music app on the Galaxy Watch 4, so I am not sure about the other Wear OS watches. To download the app, open the Play Store on the paired smartphone or the Wear OS watch.
