After the launch of Mi Band 7, if you have worried about its lack of new features and poor battery, then wait a few months. According to a new source that emerged from China, Xiaomi is working on the Pro model. In July, Xiaomi could introduce Mi Band 7 Pro smart band with new features, which have been missed from the regular variant. Further, the Pro variant might come with GPS function & larger battery life.
The current Mi Band 7 has a 180mAh battery, which has increased from last year. With the increased screen size to 1.62-inch, the improved battery life doesn’t create any extra value. With the expensive smart band, Xioami may have decided to tackle two weeks battery. Possibly, it will offer a 250mAh battery for 20 days.
The inclusion of GPS functionality is also possible on the rumored band. It will improve accuracy while performing outdoor activities. The feature was missing from this year’s regular version. For contactless payment, the NFC function could see new countries this time, though we are not sure about that.
As per the rumor Digital Agent 007, Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro is tentatively released along with Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone. The rumored release date is July for China. The regular variant is now on sale in China, and soon, it will available in Europe.
